Terms & Conditions – Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available within Egypt only.
Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders.
Customers are allowed to inspect the product in the presence of the courier at delivery.
If the customer refuses the order or requests a return at the time of delivery, the full shipping fees must be paid to the courier.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
The brand is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control (such as courier delays or incorrect customer information).

الشروط والأحكام – الشحن والتوصيل
التوصيل متاح داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.
يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال مدة تتراوح من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
الدفع عند الاستلام متاح لجميع الطلبات.
يحق للعميل فحص المنتج في وجود مندوب الشحن عند الاستلام.
في حالة رفض الطلب أو طلب إرجاعه وقت الاستلام، يتحمّل العميل كامل مصاريف الشحن ويتم سدادها لمندوب الشحن.
مصاريف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد إرسال الطلب.
لا يتحمّل البراند أي مسؤولية عن تأخير الشحن الناتج عن أسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا، مثل تأخير شركة الشحن أو إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة من قبل العميل.
